Our Story

One trip. No do-over.
The exact problem we have spent our lives solving.

THE TROPHY. THE MOMENT THE PHONE FINALLY GOES DOWN.

You already know the trip is the trophy.

The corner office isn't the reward. The promotion isn't the reward. The number on the statement isn't the reward. The reward is the moment you finally put the phone down, somewhere beautiful, somewhere quiet, and exhale for the first time in a year.

The trip he proposes on. The last quiet trip before the baby comes. The honeymoon you've been picturing since before he asked. The week three generations are finally in the same place and nothing goes wrong.

Every other agency treats these like inventory.

You already know they're not.

It's the trophy that makes it all worthwhile.

That's why you're here.

In April 2005, Ryan was 25 years old and stationed on one of the most dangerous bases of the Iraq war. One night, the base came under coordinated attack from every direction at once. For two hours, U.S. forces fought back. He survived. The Army awarded him a decoration reserved for soldiers who came under direct enemy fire and performed under it.

The official record exists. The story behind it isn't ours to tell here.

What he can tell you, what we want you to know, sitting where you're sitting right now, is what that night taught him about the rest of his life.

It taught him that freedom is not a concept. That it's the thing you fight for, the thing you trade decades of your life to manufacture, and the thing you spend on the moments that actually matter.

SOME MOMENTS GET ONE TAKE. THIS IS HOW WE TREAT EVERY ONE OF THEM.

Decades later, that lesson still runs his work. After Iraq, Ryan came home and joined the police department. Today he's a detective whose specialty is protection. The people he is assigned to keep safe are sitting and former Presidents, First Ladies, and the senior leaders of Congress. In the Army, he reached the level where he was planning missions for generals and writing reports that went to the White House.

The point isn't the names. The point is the standard.

When the people whose lives cannot be left to chance need someone to plan around them, this is the work he does. The same instinct shows up in your Blueprint. Not metaphorically. Literally. The same eyes. The same checklists. The same refusal to let the small thing be the thing that goes wrong.

Decades later, your trip is one of those moments.
THE ONE EVERYTHING RUNS THROUGH.

She's not a travel agent who took a course online. She started her career as a New York City corrections officer at Rikers Island. She earned her bachelor's at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, magna cum laude. She has spent more than a decade with the Nassau County Police Department, where she helps run her precinct's daily operations and has been recognized for saving lives.

SERIAL NUMBERS ONE APART. THEY MET ON DAY ONE OF THE ACADEMY.

She's also a mom, a wife, and the one everything runs through.

She has planned multi-city trips with two kids under two, and an international wedding for fifty-five guests while the groom was deployed. (The groom was Ryan. We'll come back to that.)

FIFTY-FIVE GUESTS. ANOTHER COUNTRY. SHE PLANNED IT ALONE.

Read that again, slowly.

She planned an international wedding for fifty-five people, in another country, while the man she was marrying was on the other side of the world in uniform. She did the seating, the logistics, the contracts, the contingencies, the flights, the lodging, the timeline, alone. The guests still talk about it.

THE GUESTS STILL TALK ABOUT IT.

That is what it looks like when the person planning has already rehearsed every failure in her head and quietly removed it. Nobody at that wedding saw the contingencies. They saw a bride who looked calm, because she had earned it. That is the calm she draws into every Blueprint now.

She has already planned the hardest one she'll ever plan.

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN WE PROTECT A MOMENT TOGETHER.

Yours doesn't scare her.

There is one thing we want to put on this page in Ryan's exact words. We are not allowed to touch it.

How many summers do you get with your kids? It hits a double digit if you're lucky. Most aren't. You can't get these wrong. They need to see you free so they can learn it's important and strive to be free too.

And one thing we want to put on this page in Jenny's exact words. She didn't think she was being profound when she said it. We disagree.

We don't get these moments forever. You never know what's next, so do it now. Tomorrow's not promised.

It's why we don't run a normal travel agency. It's why we cap our calendar instead of filling it. Why every Blueprint is drawn from scratch. Why every detail is held to a standard most agencies don't agree to in the first place.

You are not booking a vacation. You are protecting something irreplaceable.

We know the difference.

THE STANDARD STARTS AT HOME.

There's something Ryan figured out about his wife along the way. He'll tell you in his own words:

She can't just be my wife and a mother. She needs and deserves to be Jenny too.

That's why FFT exists the way it does. Here's how Jenny describes what it gives her:

As a cop, it's all serious. FFT is where I get to have fun, be creative, and enjoy planning.

That's why your trip turns out the way it should.

The woman planning yours isn't a junior agent half-paying-attention between calls. She's spent her career in roles where one mistake is one too many, and in this work, she finally gets to bring her full self, her instincts, and her joy to the most important week of someone else's life.

You don't get the half of her she has left over after work.

You get the half of her she has been waiting to give.

Every brand owes you the truth about who it's for.

We're not for everyone.

We're for the proposal he's about to plan and asked us to help him pull off. The babymoon. The honeymoon. The vow renewal. The wedding in another country with twenty of the people who matter most. The anniversary that's been waiting twenty years for the right setting. The week three generations are finally together and nothing is allowed to go sideways.

If that's the trip you're protecting, we'll draw you a Blueprint that holds.

Some need the Blueprint drawn for them. Some need the roadmap printed for them. Both deserve to come home changed.

You've read this far. That tells us something.

It tells us this trip matters. It tells us you've been holding this longer than you should have to. It tells us you've been waiting for someone to take it as seriously as you do.

We're here.

When you're ready, there are two ways to start.

If you want us to draw your Blueprint, book a Discovery Session with us. We'll learn your trip, and then Jenny delivers a custom Blueprint drawn for you.
